Since our earliest days, mankind has told stories to both educate and entertain. Long before the written word and considerably before the advent of video, stories were designed to be listened to. Nomads gathered around a fire; city-dwellers standing in a stone amphitheater. So it is with Aural Traditions. But with 80% less stone.
Aural Traditions is an audio drama anthology, also known as audio fiction and sometimes radio drama or radio plays. Our team of writers develops both original stories and adaptations of public domain works. These stories are then produced by Straight Talk Entertainment and published on the Internet in podcast form. Free podcasts.
Yes. That’s, like, free entertainment.
If you enjoy our stories, please take a moment and leave a review on your podcast platform of choice, if the option is there. By leaving a review and/or rating, you help our show find more listeners and help to establish a community of fans who enjoy storytelling and audio drama. Of course, we’d love it if you’d tell your friends, as well. You can even tell your enemies. Maybe that will be the thing that finally turns them around.
