Kathleen O’Shaughnessy is a native Philadelphian and an adopted South Carolinian. She has appeared regularly on the Charleston stage, with performances including Bobbie Michelle in Last of the Red Hot Lovers, Honor Blake in Playboy of the Western World, and Ophelia in Shakespeare by the Sea. She also frequently supports local playwrights at staged readings. Kathleen made her film debut as a knife-wielding waitress in Brunch of the Living Dead, and her roles only got weirder from there. She is delighted that her master’s degree in Russian domestic politics will finally be put to good use as Dr. Markovsky.
